Author

Takamichi Mito, a gradiuate of International Christian University, Tokyo, also studied at the University of Keele, Toronto, London and Tsukuba, Japan. He received a Master's degree in International Affairs and a Ph.D. in Law from the University of Tsukuba. He tought at Monash University, Australia, and the Universities ob Cambridge and London, and also worked as manager in the Department of Financial Engineering at Citicorp Investment Bank Ltd. in the City of London. He is currently Professor and Chief Coordinator for the "Japan in Today's World" Program at Kyushu University, Japan.
